Weekday evenings - meal deals and specials

With the Autumn evenings drawing in and cosy nights with good food, good company and good cheer calling, we are offering the following throughout the cooler months to help you get out with friends and family!

Running alongside our usual menu, these week-day offers will be available each and every week, so you know you can come along and enjoy them when you have the chance to get out and about.

Wednesday mid-week meal deals

It's hump day, that mid-week day when the weekend is in sight, but we're not quite there yet! If you're looking for someone else to do the cooking but without breaking the bank, we have you covered with our mid-week meal deals. They only run on Wednesday evenings, alongside our usual menu. Each week we choose four dishes we put on offer for £10 or less. You can keep an eye on our social pages to see what is available that week - no booking required, just pop in and leave the rest to us!

Thursday half-price steak deal

Only on a Thursday, we offer our rump steaks from our butcher, Wares in Torrington, at half price. That's £10 for a steak and two sides of your choice. Simple, affordable and delicious! The only catch is you need to book by 12 noon on Thursday to grab this deal, as this enables us to buy your steak ready for the evening and minimise waste.

Fresh fish Fridays

We love to have some fresh fish on our specials board from our great local supplier, The Devon and Cornwall Fish Co in Appledore. It is one of the weekly jobs that we look forward to: popping down and choosing some delicious options from their counter. By using a local supplier and going in the same day, we can chat to their knowledgeable team about what is affordable, sustainable and of course will taste delicious. We then pop what we have got on our specials board for the weekend, but once it's gone, it's gone, so we recommend booking in for Friday night if you are keen to get a fishy supper!
